NOT FULL VERSION

I downloaded this thinking it was the FULL VERSIONS as stated and it is not at all. I spent $40 for about 5 templates for each. Each template still has to be downloaded at time of use and when I download it and try to open it….I cant! A complete rip off. I would like my money back so I can purchase the real versions and actually get use out of it!
